Update On Overdraft Transfer Fee Automatic Refund Program.

The issue with our Refund to Overdraft Fee Program has been fixed. As a result of a system glitch, fees eligible for this refund were not rebated from July 16 - August 2. All eligible refunds are being made and adjustments will appear on August statements.
